University of Central Missouri offers the online MS in Nutrition. This degree provides professionals in nutrition and other closely related professional careers an advanced degree with a strong scientific knowledge base focused on gaining proficiency in counseling techniques and the application of nutrition principles in clinical settings. The program also prepares students to apply nutrition knowledge when analyzing human performance and exercise metabolism.
Students can choose from these two concentrations:
- Clinical Nutrition
- Sport Nutrition
- Must have an undergraduate degree in an appropriate major, with an accumulated undergraduate GPA greater than 3.00 and GRE scores.
- GRE Score preferred: Verbal Reasoning 153 (59th percentile), Quantitative reasoning 155 (60th percentile), and analytical writing score of 4.0 on a scale of 0-6.
- Prospective students may apply for conditional admittance if they have an accumulated undergraduate GPA of 2.75-3.00.
