Program Details

The online Master of Science in Engineering and Integrated Circuits includes specializations such as IC design, VSLI circuit design, RF circuit design, communication systems design, and more. This degree does not require a thesis, but does require either a capstone project or passing three written exams for three different graduate level courses within the student’s area of specialization. The maximum time allowed in this online course is three academic years.

Classes include, but are not limited to:

  • Signaling and synchronization
  • Design in nanoscale technologies
  • Analog microsystem design

Classes are taught by dedicated and professional faculty. Core courses may not be offered during the summer term. Alternative courses may be substituted with approval from the Area Director. The online Master of Science in Engineering and Integrated Circuits gives graduates the qualifications and skills necessary to succeed in the field.
