The online Master of Science in Engineering with a concentration in Integrated Circuits program prepares students to work with circuit design. The program covers topics including analog integrated design, design and modeling of VLSI circuits and systems, RF circuit and system design, signaling and synchronization, VLSI signal processing, and communication system design. In order to graduate, students can choose to either complete a capstone project course or to take three exams which will equal a comprehensive exam in their specialization.
