Program Details

The online Master of Science in Engineering with a concentration in Electronic Materials program provides a knowledge set that is highly relevant to the semiconductor industry.  Students will take courses such as Principles of Electronic Materials Processing, Science of Electronic Materials, Materials Science of Thin Films, and Deposition Technologies and Their Applications.  The program has four focus areas:

  • Theoretical Background
  • Applied Knowledge
  • Exposure to Theoretical Approaches
  • Microelectronics of Organic Electronics

Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or the equivalent
  • A GPA of 3.0 in the last two years of undergraduate coursework
  • GRE score
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Statement of purpose
