Prepare for a managerial or executive-level job in food safety. With this online agriculture degree, you will complete an interdisciplinary curriculum that spreads across agricultural, food, and life sciences. Expand your scientific knowledge in food safety, quality assurance, and risk assessment by completing such courses as:
