The University of Alaska Fairbanks offers an Undergraduate Certificate in Information Technology Specialist program which gives students a strong foundation of knowledge and skills required to effectively use and troubleshoot computer and information technology systems. Graduates may pursue careers such as desktop support technician, help desk specialist, or computer support specialist.
Must be at least 18 years old, or have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
