Program Details

The online Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health Policy and Leadership’s purpose is to provide education and preparation for present and future leaders from diverse backgrounds so that the health of children, families, and communities is promoted, preserved, and enhanced.  Interprofessional training focuses on core public health and Maternal and Child Health skills, as well as focusing on policy, leadership development, and advocacy to advance Maternal and Child Health science, research, practice, and policy.  The program provides information about the special problems faced by women and children, including children and youth with special health care needs and their families.
