Program Details

The online Master of Public Health in Industrial Hygiene provides an intensive educational experience for students with a strong commitment to occupational and industrial health and safety and hazardous substances safety.  The curriculum develops students’ understanding of the interrelationships between the basic sciences and the causes and prevention of occupational related diseases, combining didactic research instruction and applied research experience.  Graduates will be able to develop systematic approaches to identifying and controlling problems in industrial hygiene, design and implement research programs to measure the level of work exposure to hazardous agents, and institute necessary control measures.
