Program Details

The online BS in Wildlife Conservation degree program from Unity College prepares students to help preserve and manage natural resources and provides them with the skills they need for a career as a wildlife biologist. The program of study focuses on the conservation and management of natural populations and their changing habitats, exploring topics such as:

  • Deforestation, biodiversity loss, and overpopulation
  • Environmental justice
  • Wildlife plant identification
  • Identification of birds and mammals
  • Wildlife conservation genetics
  • Habitat management for wildlife and fisheries


  • Have graduated high school (or equivalent) a minimum of 3 years prior to the first day of class; or
  • Have completed an Associate's degree; or
  • Are active military or a veteran
