RNs can gain a better understanding of administrative nursing with a Master of Science in Nursing focusing on Administration. Students learn economic and management principles applicable to complex healthcare systems.

Union University provides both part-time and full-time online programs for nurses who want to gain valuable skills and knowledge necessary for a variety of administrative and leadership positions in healthcare. Full-time students can complete the program in as little as 16 months. The RN to MSN program offers pathways for nurses without a bachelor’s degree, as well as for those who have a bachelor’s degree in another field.
