Program Details

Truett McConnell College offers a Master of Arts in Theology with a concentration, online only, in Local Church Ministry.  Areas of study in this advanced degree include hermeneutics, biblical languages, theology and Baptist history.  You can enhance your leadership and communication skills through a local internship, preaching lab and practicum in cross-cultural ministry.  Coursework is likely to include:

  • Ecclesiology
  • Old Testament exposition in Hebrew
  • Logic and critical thinking
  • New Testament exposition in Greek
