The associate’s degree in Community and Human Services from Trevecca Nazarene University seeks to connect faith and service through the lens of a Biblical perspective. Graduates will be prepared to enter helping professions as an effective servant leader.
Courses teach students about communication skills, the role of non-governmental organizations in service, and building interpersonal relationships. This program prepares students for the professional world as well as developing skills that can benefit everyday life. A capstone project allows students to identify a social problem and identify potential solutions in the helping profession of their choice.
