  • Official high school transcript or GED certificate
  • Official transcripts from any colleges/universities previously attended
  • Students coming directly out of high school are required to submit ACT or SAT test scores
  • Students who have been out of high school for two years or more must submit an official high school transcript or GED certificate, have a cumulative high school GPA of 2.25, and submit a written essay
