The Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Thomas University prepares individuals to lead others in a business setting or within an organization. In the program, students learn to apply learned knowledge and information to solve problems. Students learn how to apply theory, practical knowledge, and strategic analysis in a business environment. Topics such as ethics, sexual orientation, race and religion will all be covered to create an understanding of what is appropriate behavior in a business setting. TU’s MBA program challenges individual communication skills by having the students communicate through written and oral presentations. Also learned are project management skills. Students address business situations, learning how to be a productive team member.
