Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Accounting provides advanced financial skills that may contribute towards providing education requirements needed to qualify for the CPA exam and is also beneficial for those currently in the accounting profession.  The curriculum offers enhanced skills and concepts along with skills that will prepare students to compete in the global marketplace and to anticipate and resolve issues.  Courses focus on emerging issues in a global, diversified economy which requires leaders in Accounting to analyze and develop timely and accurate financial information.  Emphasis is placed on both the theoretical understanding of emerging issues and the advanced curriculum of financial and managerial accounting.  You will be able to ensure accuracy in financial information, timely reporting, and that appropriate accounting systems are in place and meet statutory regulations.
