Program Details

Learn the essentials of sleep study administration with an online Certificate in Polysomnography. Students in this program will learn how to record brain waves, heart rates, blood oxygen levels, breathing, and eye and leg movements during sleep in order to diagnose and treat sleep disorders.

Coursework is completed entirely online, while clinical components can be completed in a facility in the student’s local area. The curriculum consists of 17 credit hours and can be completed in less time than a full associate degree program.

  • Students who do not live near clinical partnership locations must arrange accredited PSG clinical experience at a site them. If an approved clinical site cannot be located students cannot complete the program. Candidates who are already RPSGT board certified may exempt clinicals.
