The School of Business and Management provides a broad graduate curriculum that encompasses the academic and professional areas of business and management. The graduate curriculum is designed with a leadership focus and is suited for working adults seeking professional growth and corporations interested in developing a talented 21st century workforce. Master’s degree programs provide relevant, rigorous and career-focused degree programs that prepare leaders to add value to their firms and organizations in the dynamic global marketplace. The School of Business and Management is dedicated to providing flexible, innovative and relevant collegiate business, management and leadership programs for adults who seek to complement and integrate their previous educational and professional experiences with its business programs. Master’s degree programs are designed to be completed in about 18 months on a part-time basis and are offered completely online. Master’s degree programs include the Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Master of Science in Management degree programs. The School offers an MBA Preparatory Program to help students satisfy prerequisites of the MBA program.
In addition, the Bachelor's to Master's Program enables undergraduate students to earn up to 12 graduate credits that will apply to both their bachelor's degree and a master's degree at the University.
