Program Details
The online MBA from the University of West Florida offers a concentration in Human Resource (HR) Management for students interested in working with the most important asset of an organization, its people. In addition to core MBA courses, students will complete HR courses that develop their ability to evaluate the relationship between HR management and organizational strategy. Courses help students learn to conduct effective interviews, evaluate pay bases including incentives and pay for performance systems, and deal with ethical issues related to compensation and benefits. You will be able to design and develop effective training programs after completing courses that may include:

- Recruitment and Selection
- Performance Management
- Strategic Issues in Human Resources Management
In addition to HR courses, the curriculum consists of MBA courses that develop management, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Students will study leadership, accounting, entrepreneurship, globalization, finance, strategy, analysis, and more before graduating.

- Due to COVID-19 and in an effort to better accommodate applicants, the MBA will no longer require the GRE/GMAT through Summer 2023. Beyond Summer 2023, waivers are available for those who qualify.
