Program Details

The University of Texas at Dallas offers an online Global Leadership Executive Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Human Resources (HR).  The curriculum includes courses in MBA topics and Strategic HR courses, preparing individuals to succeed in the field. 

Strategic HR courses include:

  • Business Models and Systems
  • Culture and the Employee Value Proposition
  • Viewing Organizations as Systems
  • Strategic HR Application

Faculty use various resources in the classroom, allowing students to learn through live virtual classes delivered through web conferencing with integrated audio or to learn in a self-paced, asynchronous program.  Students complete four 8-week classes which equals two classes for each of two semesters and will be taught through a powerful virtual learning experience.
