Program Details

The online Master of Science in Education in Educational Leadership program is designed for educators with teaching licenses who want to advance their careers in professional development.  The program helps students gain leadership skills and learn to enhance human development.  The curriculum consists of four key areas: Knowledge, Skills, and Application; Human Relations; Inquiry; and Professional and Ethical Behavior.  These areas are linked together by a commitment to diversity, technology, and assessment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university 
  • Minimum 2.70 cumulative GPA or higher for unconditional admission; 2.5 or higher for conditional admission
  • GRE test scores
  • Copy of the applicant's teaching license
  • Minimum of three years of successful education working experience prior to starting the program
