Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Reading program prepares educators to take the next step in their careers while learning how to lead students to success with advanced reading techniques that can be applied to special needs classrooms, assessments, and research.  The curriculum strives to provide students with the tools needed to provide reading skills and strategies to any aged students they are working with.  Emphasis is placed on the topics of special needs, research, literacy assessment, and your own interests.


  • Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution
