Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Human Resource Development program is designed for educators taking their careers to the next level while also studying to meet the increasing demand for human resource professionals who can design and implement training programs and establish a learning dynamic for the entire organization.  The curriculum features courses with a focus on employee education, providing educators with the knowledge base, skills, training, and practical experience necessary to work in a variety of settings.  Graduates will be able to contribute by motivating their work place while increasing productivity and employee retention.  Students choose from three strands in Human Resource Development:

  • Leadership
  • Athletic Administration
  • Training and Development

Requirements

  • Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution 
  • Submission of official transcripts 
  • A minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0
  • Resume
