Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Education with a Generalist emphasis prepares educators to take the next step in their careers.  Rather than choosing one topic to specialize in, participants in this emphasis take courses in any of the areas of interest to form a degree that best suits their needs, interests, and backgrounds.  Possible areas of coursework include:  children’s literature, curriculum and teaching, educational administration, educational technology, mathematics, reading, science, and human resource development.
