The George Washington University offers an online Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a specialized focus on Health Policy. This unique post-MSN program teaches nurses to become visible nurse leaders positioned to improve quality of care, increase access and control cost for patients and populations, and learn the tools and strategies to craft meaningful policy solutions.

Coursework examines the underpinnings of the political, executive, and judicial processes and the strategies essential to effective regulatory and legislative implementation.
