Program Details

The International Psychology program is designed to develop a global understanding of psychology from an international perspective. It is intended for practicing psychologists who seek to practice psychology from a cross-cultural perspective that is sensitive to the cultural differences that impact the individual and group psychology. This specialization seeks to prepare psychology professionals who will be able to synthesize the science of psychology from a global perspective, evaluate psychotherapy from a multi-cultural perspective, differentiate the field of psychology across cultures, evaluate the social psychological considerations of political systems, and analyze the impact of cultural differences on the application of psychological research.
