Program Details

The Chicago School online offers a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to students focusing on an ARP Track.  This non-licensure program is available in a full-time or part-time format.  Studies will cover topics such as:

• Performance Management

Online courses are led by practitioner faculty bringing real-world experience to the virtual classroom.  Students will develop foundational skills to help them succeed in one of the fastest growing fields in today’s marketplace.  Graduates from this program will find pursuable or advanced career paths in marketing, nonprofit, business, human resources, and more.  Study legal issues, corporate ethics, team building, and other essential topics to develop an Applied Research Project and excel in today’s competitive field of organizational psychology.
