The Chicago School of Professional Psychology offers the Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology Generalist, a program that prepares graduates to take advantage of new career opportunities addressing organizational effectiveness. Guided by practitioner faculty, students will take courses covering topics such as organizational behavior, culture, and design, as well as management and leadership. In addition, students can choose two electives from an array of options, including training theory, performance evaluation, team dynamics, consumer motivation, and more.
