Program Details

With this online special education degree, you will prepare for a career working with a special population of students, those who are deaf and hard of hearing. Through the 100% online curriculum, students gain evidence-based skills in communication, language, and content delivery for deaf learners. Coursework emphasizes experiential learning, allowing students to put their new knowledge and skills to use in the real world while under the supervision of master teachers.  

In as little as two years you will graduate from a program that has been training teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing for more than 50 years. Enjoy small classes taught by supportive faculty.

This online special education degree prepares students to take the TExES Deaf and Hard of Hearing state exam.
