Program Details

The online Master of Engineering in Engineering with a focus in Subsea Engineering program is designed to provide the scientific and technical skills necessary for designing, building, installing, and operating subsea equipment.  The multidisciplinary curriculum builds on conventional engineering knowledge, broadening engineering skills while teaching economic and operational drivers that are critical to designing, selecting, and configuring subsea systems.  Courses cover the fundamentals of subsea engineering and students may select from courses that cover subsea hardware, subsea controls and umbilical systems, subsea riser systems, and flowlines, pipelines, and their installation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in an engineering discipline or closely-related equivalent
  • Leveling courses required for students with a non-ABET bachelor degree
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
