The Executive Master of Public Service and Administration program prepares principled leaders who have the critical skills, knowledge, and expertise to excel and lead in the public service field, specifically in homeland security or nonprofit enterprises. The program is delivered online in order to serve full-time working executives and professionals.
The Executive Master of Public Service and Administration program is a 39 graduate credit hour, non-thesis degree program offered completely online with two weeks in residence. Admitted students may select between the two tracks of Homeland Security or Nonprofit Management. Students will be provided unique development opportunities throughout their study to develop executive-level problem solving and decision-making skills.

Online degree and certificate programs are designed with flexibility to meet the needs of adult students, and at the same time, retain the same standards as that of on-campus counterparts. Students have the opportunity to complete coursework on their schedule, communicate with faculty trained in online classroom delivery, and connect with peers through platforms such as discussion boards. Through Texas A&M University System (TAMUS), the University works to comply with state authorization requirements to ensure the quality of its programs to non-resident students beyond its state’s borders.
