Program Details

Texas A & M University-Central Texas offers an online MBA with a concentration in Human Resource (HR) Management.  This program is designed for students who want to advance in HR Management, working with the greatest asset of any business, its people.  The HR Management curriculum consists of traditional MBA courses with electives comprised of HR Management courses.  Students will study core MBA topics including management, marketing, organizational behavior, finances, accounting, operations, globalization, and more.  You will also gain communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and research skills, as well as focusing on ethical behavior and leadership.
