Learn how to create effective learning opportunities for employees with a Graduate Certificate of Education in Corporate Learning. In addition, students may elect to transfer credits from this program directly into a Master of Education degree in Corporate Learning.
Consisting of just three 11-week courses, this program is designed to provide you with the training you need in less time, so you can begin to apply your education to the workplace immediately. Students will learn how to evaluate employee performance and develop training programs. Courses explain how to set criteria for performance and measure the results of training.
