Program Details

Stark State College offers the online Certificate in Bookkeeping. This certificate prepares students for entry-level accounting positions such as bookkeeper, accounts receivable specialist and accounts payable specialist. You’ll also be eligible to take the certified bookkeepers exam administered by the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. Get on the fast track with a one-year certificate that is stackable toward an associate degree in accounting.

Requirements

This certificate program requires 32-33 credits for completion.

  • Official high school transcript or GED certificate and scores
  • ACT scores (if taken in the last 2 years) or ACCUPLACER assessment
