St. Clair County Community College (SC4) was founded in 1923 as Port Huron Junior College. The 25-acre campus runs along the Black River and is located in downtown Port Huron. There are also four satellite locations based in Algonac, Croswell, Peck and Yale. SC4 operates with the goal “to maximize student success” and “create an academic and cultural environment that empowers students to succeed.”

SC4 offers associate degrees and certificate programs on-campus as well as online.
