Spring Hill College’s online BS in Organizational Leadership empowers students to become effective leaders who can promote positive change in their workplaces. The program’s applied learning experiences ensure that graduates have the adaptability and resiliency to meet the needs of modern organizations.

 

Coursework in the program includes negotiation and conflict resolution, organizational behavior and psychology, business law and human resource management. Upon graduation, learners will be able to address workplace leadership challenges, productivity and more. Students can transfer up to 96 credits into the program. Spring Hill’s flexible, online courses were designed with working adults in mind.
