Spartanburg Community College has a rich history of educational excellence that began in 1963 with 150 students. Today, over 5,000 students share a common goal of seeking associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates that lead to rewarding employment and financial stability. SCC is committed to student access and success, with locations in Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union counties, offering online learning and conveniently scheduled day, evening, and weekend classes.

In addition to traditional associate degrees and certificates that can be earned for transfer, SCC also offers several associate degrees and a couple of certificates that you can earn completely online. SCCOnline’s degrees and courses allow you to take classes anytime and anywhere there is an internet connection. Even though you are learning online you will still receive the same student support services all SCC students enjoy.
