Program Details

At Southwestern Community College, an online Associate of Applied Science in Cyber Crime Technology puts you at the forefront of information technology within law enforcement.  You can use this AAS as a
computer security consultant or a computer crime investigator at the local, state or federal level.  Your coursework will cover both computer science and criminology classes.  At the conclusion of this degree, you will be able to:

  • Investigate computer crimes
  • Seize and recover digital or computer evidence
  • Help prosecute criminals

Requirements

  • Official high school transcript or documentation of GED scores
  • Official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions attended
  • SAT or ACT scores, if available
