Program Details

An online Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology is available to the working adult student through Southwest Virginia Community College.  This program is designed to provide smooth transfer to a four year bachelor’s program.  Studies may include but are not limited to:

• Developmental Psychology
• English Literature
• Statistical Reasoning

Students will develop a foundational understanding of principles of sociology, psychology, and more.  With this level of career training in the field, graduates with this degree may pursue entry-level careers in a variety of settings.  Develop skills in written and oral communication, quantitative reasoning, and research with an online associate in psychology degree through SVCC.
