The Technical Specialist certificate provides training in word processing, spreadsheet management, data entry and other office management skills. Courses includes topics in computer literacy, desktop publishing software, business ethics, HR management and more.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Official transcripts
- Be 16 years of age or older
- ACCUPLACER, ASSET, COMPASS, SAT, or ACT scores within the last five years OR transfer of program level English and math from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution with a grade of C or better
