Program Details

Southeastern University offers an online MBA with a concentration in Missional Leadership is designed for students who want to train as missionaries and ministers and strengthen their servant leadership.  Courses provide the knowledge needed to excel as strong theologians and the skills to be able to minister to and pass that knowledge onto others.  You will study methods for identifying and nurturing leadership traits used to transform a mission and its goals.  Students also examine effective organizational outreach, including recruitment, motivation, communication, and implementation.  Graduates will learn from experienced professors who focus on academic excellence, outstanding teaching, and uncompromising Christian faith.
