    School Overview

    Siena Heights University began as St. Joseph College in 1919 when the Adrian Dominican Sisters first founded the school. By 1939, this private, not-for-profit Catholic institution had changed its name to Siena Heights College receiving university status in 1998. The main campus in Adrian, Michigan, hosts about 600 students with additional satellite facilities in six other Michigan localities and an online program.

    Siena Heights University offers associate's, bachelor's, and master's degrees and gives students two options for distance learning. One combines on-campus and online classes in pursuit of a degree. The second option offers degrees that are taught completely online.
