Program Details

The Master of Arts in Leadership & Management is an online master’s in organizational leadership from Saybrook University that fosters management development in a peer learning network.  This program features a holistic and transformative educational process that develops new mental models and practical wisdom rooted in global thinking and sustainable principles.  The curriculum examines many areas of knowledge and practice that intersect to make constructive impacts, including organizational behavior, international business, economics, management, talent management, workplace systems, and more.  While completing this degree students develop a peer learning network, interacting with both peers and instructors to critically explore business and organizational concepts, practices, and issues.  You will gain a global mindset and become an ethical and socially responsive leader as you learn to design engaging workplace environments and trust-based workplace relationships and hone your systems analysis and decision-making skills.

  • The program begins with a one-time, two-day Residential Orientation. Students will also participate in two five-day long required residential conferences per year.
