Program Details

The online Construction Management AS degree program from San Joaquin Valley College is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage construction projects of varying size and scope. Graduates are prepared to:

  • Interpret building design plans
  • ​Estimate and prepare competitive bids for prospective buyers
  • Supervise construction sites
  • ​Communicate effectively with clients and workers
  • ​Control project costs and manage other day-to-day responsibilities faced as a construction site manager
