Program Details

The Master of Science in Psychology is a broad-based, general degree in psychology. The curriculum provides a comprehensive, global understanding of human behavior and focuses on a wide range of psychological theories and practice. In addition to exposing students to general psychology in such courses as social, developmental, and physiological psychology, this program focuses on practical skills related to data analysis, research and teaching.


  • BA or BS degree with a GPA ≥ 3.00 cumulative
  • Completion of the following at the undergraduate level: 
    • Introduction to Psychology, Research Methods and Statistics in Psychology
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Submit a statement or goals consisting of 500 words or more on how Saint Leo's M.S. Psychology program will help you achieve those goals
  • The GRE general test scores if your GPA is below 3.00
