Program Details

Getting a product into the hands of consumers is a daunting task that can be overwhelmed by regulation, compliance, inspection and manufacturing processes.  Once those processes are complete, it takes a seasoned professional to implement a strategic marketing plan for a product to thrive.  With an online MBA in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University, you will can become that successful marketing, or brand, professional within the food industry.  Concentration courses are likely to include:

  • Private label sales: market strategy

  • Food consumer behavior

SJU’s MBA in Food Marketing classes are offered online in either 4-week or 8-week intervals.  Both class structures include a weekly, evening web conference.  This MBA culminates in a 3-day capstone course held on-site in Pennsylvania.

  • Official GMAT or GRE scores, test must be taken within the last 7 years
  • Under certain circumstances, the GMAT/GRE exam may be waived
  • Official Transcripts for all credits earned, Undergraduate and Graduate
  • Baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university
  • For International Students: Official TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE scores, test must be taken within the last 2 years
