Prepare for management positions in Home Health Agencies with the Certificate in Home Health Care Management for RNs.  This online nursing administration program from Sacred Heart University will prepare students for roles as nursing supervisors in home health care.  While this program is not a degree program, the credits may be applied to the RN to BSN degree.  

This certificate is comprised of two courses: 

• Leadership: Contemporary Nursing covers the RN's role in applying leadership and management theories and principles in various healthcare organizations.
• Management Home Health Care Agencies focuses on leadership and management concepts in home health settings, emphasizing home healthcare financing.
