Program Details

The Graduate Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion offering at Rutgers University provides an education on inclusion challenges in the workplace today, as well as common solutions and best practices for working through them. Graduates will be prepared to start a master's program or pursue careers helping facilitate diversity in the workplace. Students will take classes on the inclusive workplace, and also have options to take classes related to women and work, emotional intelligence, and Asian American workers in the workplace context.
