Learn the diagnostic and prescriptive skills needed to function as a collaborative leader in a P-12 learning organization with this online master’s in education administration. There is a growing need for school administrators, and this online education administration degree is designed to allow graduates to meet this need.

Graduates are ready to take on positions as assistant superintendents for curriculum and instruction, principals, assistant principals, and directors.  

This program meets the requirements established by the New Jersey Department of Education for state certification as a public school administrator and includes the courses required for Supervisor Certification and Principal Certification.
