Rochester Institute of Technology offers an Advanced Certificate in Service Leadership & Innovation for individuals who want to learn how to monitor, measure, and improve service-related business activity and outcomes. Through the program, students will learn how service activity is monitored and measured and how managers can utilize data systems to find ways to improve service performance. In addition, students will study to expand their understanding of how service-oriented organizations operate and the roles of service-oriented organizations in society.
Hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution
Submit official transcripts (in English) of all previously completed undergraduate and graduate course work
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (or evidence of relevant professional performance)
