The online Master of Science in Human Resource Development offers a flexible curriculum which allows students to complete their degrees while maintaining full-time employment, advancing their careers in higher education, industry, government, and other agencies, and even choosing a specialization to reflect their current area of employment, other work experience, or interests.  Graduates will be able to analyze, design, and implement effective human resource development programs to increase functional capabilities in international and multicultural environments, and provide expertise in establishing the foundations for, and evaluation of, many facets of Human Resource Development training programs.  Graduates provide leadership and guidance regarding the concepts and practices of human resource development and its effect on organizational leadership, culture, and growth in the public and private sector.
