Rochester Community and Technical College’s Undergraduate Certificate in Software Application Specialist program prepares students to use computer equipment in order to retrieve, enter, and process data for a wide variety of business purposes. Students are educated in software and applications to better complete administrative tasks. Program requirements include subjects such as desktop publishing, word processing, PowerPoint, microcomputer business applications, computer voice recognition, and Microsoft Outlook.
